Murder accused remanded

A 31-year-old St Michael man accused of murder was remanded to HMP Dodds until April 27.

Jamar Ricardo Watson of School Gap, Hindsbury Road, was not required to plead to the indictable charge when he appeared before Magistrate Graveney Bannister in the Traffic Court today.

Watson is accused of killing Kemar Gooding, 23, of Ellerton, St George, during an altercation in the River Terminal last Tuesday. 

Gooding succumbed to his injuries at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was taken for treatment by private vehicle. (SAT)
