The Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO) is reminding companies that they have until Monday, April 30, to benefit from a waiver of penalties for the late filing of annual returns by their organisations under Section 15A (2) of the Companies Act.

CAIPO is further advising that all outstanding returns should be filed with the Registrar of Companies no later than Monday April 30. Failing this, the penalties waived shall become immediately payable to the Registrar of Companies. (BGIS)
