Turn yourself in, David! That is the plea from relatives of 47-year-old David King, who police say is wanted in connection with a serious criminal matter.

King’s wife was killed on Saturday at No. 41, Mandela Plaza, Swan Street, The City, the third death in the space of three months for the family from Lead Vale, Christ Church.

When a NATION team visited the area, a number of King’s relatives in the close-knit community were lamenting their losses and calling for closure to this horrific incident.

After Onica’s death, a video circulated on social media showing the Guyanese nail technician taking her final breath. There were also rumours the couple had an argument prior to her death and she left the home.

The couple’s two children, a six-year-old boy and three-year-old girl, were said to have witnessed Onica’s death.

Minister of Social Care Steve Blackett said last Sunday that the state had stepped in to look after the young children, but attempts to reach him for an update yesterday were futile.

Police public relations officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss said they continued to take calls from the public. (TG)
