Flow customers will now have an enhanced experience when conducting business in The City.

Barbados’ leading telecommunications provider has opened a new retail store at Upper Swan Street with an improved retail footprint for city shoppers.

“We are very pleased to welcome customers to our new retail store which has been specifically designed with them in mind. This location is one of our flagship stores and it is a further demonstration of our ongoing ‘Action In Satisfaction’ campaign, so we are very excited to be providing this customer-focused facility which will no doubt bring added value for city goers,” said Sharon Jemmott, director of consumer sales and retail operations, Flow Barbados.

Flow’s new retail store caters to all connectivity needs including activating services and bundles, topping up prepaid mobile credit, along with offering a wide selection of market-leading handsets.

During the official opening, there was plenty of excitement and giveaways as scores of city shoppers were feted by Flow ambassador Lil Rick who transformed himself into Lieutenant Rick, leader of the Flow 4G LTE Army. (PR)
