Solutions Barbados candidate, Angela Edey, turned up to hand in her nomination papers without an appointment at 9:50 a.m.
The St. Michael West Central candidate was told by Returning Officer, Leonard Walters, that she had to make an appointment.
Edey was given 12 noon as the time to return. (SP)
