The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) wishes to advise customers in parts of

St Joseph and St Thomas that it is currently experiencing problems at one of its boreholes which supplies water to the Castle Grant reservoir.

Results of investigations suggest that maintenance must be carried out at the borehole. This maintenance is expected to take a few days as heavy equipment must be mobilised to complete the job.

Meanwhile, adjustments will be made in the distribution network to augment the water supply to the Castle Grant area from Apes Hill and Golden Ridge in an effort to minimise disruptions.

Regular updates will be disseminated via the media as work progresses.

The Barbados Water Authority sincerely apologises for any inconvenience to its valued customers. (PR)
