Police seize firearms, suspects in custody

Just after 9:30 last night police conducted an operation during which a vehicle was intercepted in the area of Kew Road, St Michael.

The occupants of the vehicle fired at police who returned fire. As a result, a number of firearms were seized and a number of male suspects were taken into custody.

None of the men were injured during the operation, and they are now assisting police with investigations. (PR)
