Two attacked and robbed at Brighton

Police are conducting investigations into a case of assault and robbery which occurred sometime around 2 a.m. today at Brighton, St Michael in an area known as the Hot Pot.  

Four masked men armed with guns attacked a male and female who were sitting in a car.

They were robbed of a number of personal items. The male was struck in the face with a gun and then a stone. Both people are seeking medical attention. 

Police public relation officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss said investigations are at a very sensitive stage and updates will be provided as more information comes to hand. (PR/NB)
