The public is kindly asked to note that the Respiratory Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital which specialises in the acute care of patients with all types of respiratory diseases will be temporarily relocated to Rooms 24 and 36 of Ward A6, located on the third floor of the main hospital.

This temporary relocation will take effect from Monday, June 4, and is to facilitate urgent and necessary capital refurbishment works and modernisation of the Unit.

The refurbishment of the QEH’s Respiratory Unit was made possible through a generous donation from the Massy Foundation in collaboration with the Broadway to Barbados Charitable Trust.

The QEH regrets any inconvenience caused, and we look forward to your continued cooperation as we strive towards “Getting Better Together”. (PR)
