Court matters to be heard in Cane Garden from Monday

Criminal Court, Juvenile and Coroner’s Court matters will be heard at the Cane Garden, St Thomas court complex from Monday.

This disclosure was made earlier today by Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Dale Marshall, during a tour of the facility.

Chief Justice Sir Marston Gibson, registrar of the Supreme Court Barbara Cooke-Alleyne, Bar Association president Liesel Weekes and other officials were also present.

Marshall said extensive refurbishment work would soon be undertaken on the Supreme Court Complex at Whitepark Road, St Michael, to the tune of $2.5 million, and it would last for the next six months. (RA)
