Soca Beach provided the perfect spot for Sahara, the annual event put on by Baje International and Mix Nutz.

While rain had people seeking shelter it didn’t stop the diehard partygoers who used the opportunity to get more room to dance.

With a mixed bag of music, DJ Salt kept the vibes going as dancehall, soca and hip hop made for an enjoyable time.

Since it was a beach party, the dress code was shorts and casualwear. The bars were well stocked and there were photobooths set up where patrons could take their selfies.

Surprise guests performances came from Nikita, Shanta Prince and Mikey. (NS)
