Three more youngsters have been hauled before the courts on theft charges.

The three, ranging in ages 11 to 13, and all from the Pinelands community, were charged with entering Pinnacle Resource Solutions as trespassers and stealing two iPhones, worth $700 and US$50.

The three, who were represented by attorney-at-law Shadia Simpson, were not required to plead before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court last week.

A probation officer said the boys were not known to the department and should be given a curfew.

Prosecutor Sergeant Rudy Pilgrim did not object to bail, but asked that they be supervised.

The magistrate released them on $1 500 bail each, and set a 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.

They are scheduled to report to the Juvenile Court on Wednesday. (RA)
