High Dependency Unit and Ward B8 temporarily relocating

The public is kindly asked to note that High Dependency Unit (HDU) and Ward B8, which is currently housed in the HDU, of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital are being temporarily relocated.

The HDU will move to the hospital’s Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) located on the first floor of the main building; and Ward B8 will move to the Cardiac Suite located on the first floor of the Lion’s Eye Care Centre.

This provisional relocation will take effect from 4 p.m. on Friday, August 17, until Friday, August 24, 2018, to facilitate the industrial cleaning of the HDU.
