Members of the public are invited to come and witness God’s glory magnified in dance as the Covenant Life Teaching Centre (CLTC) School of Dance hosts its second production entitled To God Be the Glory: Seasons.

The second annual production comes off this Sunday, September 2, 2018, at the Combermere School Hall, Waterford, St Michael, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

This year’s show will feature approximately 50 dancers from the CLTC School of Dance, the Power In The Blood Assembly and the Halal Dance Ministry, ranging in age from three to over 50 years old. They will be ministering for God in 17 pieces professionally choreographed pieces developed by artistic director Valarie King.

The school’s director Shantal Munro-Knight explained that it has a strong focus on excellence and discipline. “We try not only to achieve and maintain the technical skills of dance, but we also emphasise high standards of dress and behaviour. In all that we do we aim to demonstrate that Christians can be at the forefront of the arts with a standard of excellence that glorifies God,” said Munro-Knight.

She added that this year’s show is expected to be larger than last year’s show. (PR)
