Tax amnesty reminder

The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) is reminding individuals and businesses owing outstanding taxes, to take advantage of the tax amnesty before the deadline of December 31.

The taxes eligible are Value Added Tax (VAT), Land Tax, Income Tax, including P.A.Y.E., and Corporation Tax.

The waiver of penalty and interest will apply to taxes owed to the BRA for the period January 1, 2001, to December 31, 2017.

Applications forms and information in relation to the tax amnesty can be accessed from the authority’s website at www.bra.gov.bb or from any of the authority’s offices, with the exception of The Pine. (BGIS)
