Kiwanis Clubs of Barbados are sprucing up Rock Close Park in Wildey as part of their Kiwanis One Day project.

Kiwanis One Day is observed the last Saturday in October each year, and is a day when Kiwanis Clubs worldwide undertake a project in the community that benefits children.

Chairman of Community Services at Barbados South says the park was chosen in order to give the children who use the facility a cleaner, safer area to play, relax and recreate.

Over thirty five members from all eight clubs were present. (DR)
