Two people accused of harbouring a man who allegedly committed murder were remanded to HMP Dodds on Tuesday.

Toshika Abika Auguste, 18, of Crab Hill, and Niko Nathan Archer, 22, of Grape Hall, both in St Lucy, were not required to plead that knowing or believing Stefon Greaves had committed murder, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, harboured him with intent to impede his apprehension or prosecution on October 30.

They initially appeared before Magistrate Wanda Blair in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court last Friday, but were remanded and had their matters transferred to the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

When they both appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant, prosecutor Station Sergeant Cameron Gibbons argued that Auguste, who was represented by Brian Clarke, could interfere with the wheels of justice. (RA)
