The police in the Northern Division have arrested and formally charged Tristan Agustus Clarke, 23 of Villa Road, Brittons Hill, St. Michael for the following offences.
Possession of firearm, possession of ammunition, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, resist police in the execution of duty, assault police in the execution of duty, possession of cannabis, intent to supply cannabis and trafficking of cannabis.
These offences occurred at Paynes Bay, St. James, about 8:50 pm on Wednesday, 14 November 2018. The accused is expected to appear at the Holetown Magistrate Court on Monday, 19 November 2018. (PR)
