Police in the Northern Division have arrested and charged 47-year-old Lloyd Allan Leacock of Clifton Hill, St Thomas with the murder of Patrick Barker.
He is alleged to have committed the act sometime between February 12 and 13 of this year.
Leacock is scheduled to appear at the District ‘D’ Court today. (PR)
