Murder accused remanded

A 36-year-old utility worker charged with murder, was remanded to HMP Dodds yesterday.

Anthonia Windgrove Ellis, of Denny Road, Thorpes, St James, was not required to plead to murdering Lorenzo Joseph on February 16, following a shooting incident in New Orleans, St Michael.

Ellis was also not required to plead to maliciously wounding Reo Walkes, with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him on the same date during the same incident.

He returns to Court No. 2 on March 22. (RA)
