Smokey meets the Hero

Barbadians and visitors alike last evening turned out to mix and mingle with this country’s only living National Hero, Sir Garry Sobers.

The event, which was held at the Barbados Museum & Historical Society, offered an opportunity for cricket fans to hear from the legend of his extraordinary experiences on the field which many people still reflect on with awe to this day.
