The President, committee of management and member for the horticultural society extend profound condolences to the family of Dr Frances Chandler
We at the Barbados Horticultural Society were honored to have Dr Chandler sit on our committee of management over the last six years. She was a great asset to our society and truly achieved whatever she set out to do on our behalf.
We join in the other tributes to her to state what a genuine person she was never failing to be helpful and informative. Frances will certainly be missed by the committee of management of the Barbados Horticultural Society.
