It’s only a storm

Daily Devotion

Suddenly, a furious storm came up on the lake; so that the waves swept over the boat.

But Jesus was sleeping. – Matthew 8:24 (NLT) YOU ARE in the midst of a crisis and you cannot sense God’s presence. But you have to believe that you will survive the storm. Our spiritual storms are nothing more than a scare tactic of Satan’s to challenge our faith and release doubt. Sometimes you think the storm will destroy you, but as long as God’s hand is on your life the storm will not destroy you. Your faith will cancel the fear and calm the storm. Hold on to whatever God said to; it’s only a storm. Eventually, all storms pass.
