Changes coming as Parkland takes Sol

CANADIAN COMPANY Parkland Fuel Corporation is now calling the shots at SOL and management has signalled changes are coming to the Caribbean fuel company.

Parkland completed its US$1.2 billion acquisition of SOL on January 8, roughly three months after the deal was announced.In published financial reports, and in a recent conference call with Canadian finance analysts, Parkland president and chief executive officer (CEO) Bob Espey announced Pierre Magnan was appointed president of Parkland International and would oversee the Sol business based from Grand Cayman.(SC)
