Head coach of the Nicaragua football team Henry Duarte is worried that Barbados will knock them out of the running in tonight’s Concacaf Nations League qualifier.

He made the admission through his translator, venue coordinator Alberto Moke, during the final press conference ahead of the game at the Barbados Football Association’s (BFA) Wildey Turf.

“I have faced many teams from the Caribbean. This experience has allowed me to get to know better the physique, the techniques, the environment and style of game in the Caribbean.

“This experience has told me it is going to be a very difficult game due to the fact of the physicality of the players in the Caribbean, and when they play at home it is a bit of an advantage. Our goal is to come and try to win this game, of course, looking forward to end up in a better position and qualify for the World Cup,” he said. (RA)
