The Registration Department will return to its permanent location at the Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St Michael, from next week.

As a result, the Records and Accounts Departments and the Court of Appeal Registry will be closed from Monday, March 25, until Wednesday, March 27. They will reopen to the public on Thursday, March 28.

The Probate Section will close from Tuesday, March 26, until Friday, March 29. It will reopen on Monday, April 1.

During these periods, filing for the High Court and Court of Appeal will continue at the present Manor Lodge Complex, Lodge Hill, St Michael location, along with all urgent court applications. These are applications for births, deaths, marriage certificates and marriages where parties are non-resident.

Certificates that were to be collected on or before Thursday, March 21, may now be collected on Tuesday, March 26, at the Judicial Centre, Whitepark Road, St Michael.

However, the Registrar has advised that the Courts will continue to sit at the Manor Lodge Complex and the Cane Garden Complex until Friday, April 5.

Any inconvenience these closures may cause is regretted. (BGIS)
