Police charge teen

Police from the Southern Division have arrested and charged 19-year-old Kadeem O’Brian Clarke of Johnson Road, Workmans, St George with the murder of Graham Addison Norville.

The incident is said to have occurred on February 16 at Rock Hall, St George.

Clarke is scheduled to appear at the Oistins Magistrate’s Court tomorrow. (PR)
