Reports of stabbing an ‘April fools joke’

Police have cleared the air surrounding a video making the rounds on social media which suggested that a man had been stabbed.

When NATION NEWS enquired Police Public Relations officer acting Inspector Rodney Inniss said: “Police have not received any formal report of this or any stabbing incident.”

Inniss confirmed that the video was an April fool’s day hoax.

“The alleged perpetrator has been identified and spoken to by the Police.”
