BCA fires yorker at clubs

The Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) has delivered a yorker to cricket clubs.

And this direct and decisive delivery could shatter the stumps of those desirous of protesting the outcome of matches and appealing decisions of the BCA’s newly instituted tribunal.

At least two clubs, however, have raised concerns over the move.

After failing to resolve a dispute and abandoning its 2018 Sagicor Twenty20 competition at the semi-final stage following a protest by losing quarter-finalists, YMPC and a successful appeal by winners, St Catherine, the BCA has amended its Special Conditions and Regulations of Play. (EZS)
