Half centuries by Shai Hope and captain Jason Holder were not enough and West Indies lost to Bangladesh in Dublin, Ireland, today.
Hope scored 87 and Holder 62, but West Indies struggled to reach 247 for nine and did not bat out the 50 overs in the fifth match of the Tri-Nation series.
Mustafizur Rahman and Mashrafe Mortaza combined for seven wickets.
In reply, Bangladesh eased to 248 for five, winning by five wickets with 16 balls remaining.
Mushfiqur Rahim scored 63, Soumya Sarkar 54 and Mohammad Mithun chipped in with 43.
Ashley Nurse took three for 53.
The two teams will play again on Friday in the final match.
