Big wins for St Giles netballers

ST GILES scored the two biggest wins in the National Sports Council’s Pine Hill Dairy Primary Schools’ Netball Competition yesterday. Playing at the

Netball Stadium in Zone 3, which is named after Kathy Harper-Hall and Agnes Crichlow, St Giles defeated Wesley Hall 11-0 and St Winnifred’s 8-0.

Tia Applewhaite, well known for her exploits in track and field, featured in both wins.

She netted nine of 13 attempts against Wesley Hall and four of four against St Winifred’s.

Nikayala Gittens shot four of five against St Winifred’s and two of two against Wesley Hall.
