Scores of Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) workers are off the job.
On Thursday morning the employees showed up at the Pine Plantation Road, St Michael, office with umbrellas, folding chairs and a cooler filled with water.
They are currently meeting with Barbados Workers Union representative Dionne Howard.
