The priest at the centre of the Barbados Community College (BCC) examination breach has been barred from pastoral duties for three months.

Nation News understands Reverend Reginald Knight will spend the next three months “undergoing a period of reflection, personal and professional development guided by a senior clergyman of the Church who will be designated by the Bishop”.

During that period, starting in August 2019, he will not undertake any clerical or pastoral duties in the Anglican church.

Knight, who was a part-time tutor in ethics and citizenship at BCC, was embroiled in a controversy over leaked results. He resigned in May after tendering an apology to the principal and registrar. (PR/SAT)
