With mere hours to go before a tropical storm is set to hit the island, Anthony Boyce’s home was damaged by a falling wall.
Boyce, 63, lives at Crawford Land, Black Rock, St Michael, a small community just opposite Chefette.
He heard a crashing sound around 11:45 a.m. and came out to find the wall had hit the side of the house, damaging the wood, breaking the window and breaking a pipeline.
The wall is at the back of what was once a donut shop on Black Rock Main Road.
Officials visited the scene in order to ensure Boyce’s safety with Tropical Storm Dorian on course to hit the island tonight. (AC)
