Police seize five guns

Members of the Antigun and Gangs Unit of the Royal Barbados Police Force are investigating the discovery and subsequent seizure of five firearms.

The discovery was made on Tuesday 27, August at the compound of one of the established courier companies. The cargo in which the firearms were discovered had entered the island via the Grantley Adams International Airport.

Lawmen said investigations are at a sensitive stage and they will provide more details as they come available (KB/PR)
