Police are in the area of the St Andrew Parish Church following reports that a body was found there.

A search party that included the police, relatives and friends of missing man Rahim Ward had been combing the area, looking for the 22-year-old who was last seen on August 23.

His car was recovered at Walkers, St Andrew, late Friday night.

Since then, police put out a missing bulletin on Ward, of Cottage Grove, St George, while friends and relatives held a vigil on Wednesday night at the St George Parish Church, praying for his safe return night.

The identity of the deceased is not known at this time.

More details as they come. (Nation Online)
