Burst main forces road to close

A burst water main along St Michael’s Row which has forced the closure of the road.

The Barbados Water Authority (BWA) personnel are on the scene and have estimated that repairs will take at least five hours.

Traffic will be diverted along Church Village from Constitution Road. Traffic from Crumpton Street will be directed to travel east along Constitution Road.

Road users travelling in the area are advised to be cautious and expect delays. They are also reminded that they must comply with all signage and directives given by personnel deployed in that area. (PR)
