Sudden death at Bridgetown Port

An elderly man collapsed and died earlier today at the Bridgetown Port. 

The incident, which occurred around 11:15 a.m., caused operations at Shed 2 to be discontinued for the remainder of the day, as staff members were offered counselling.

In a statement issued by the Barbados Port Inc, condolences were offered to the family and friends of the deceased.(AGB)
