SJPI to launch new drive

The Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology (SJPI) is looking to embark on non-traditional avenues for training and development, as part of Government’s desire to transform the country.

It will soon be offering courses in drone manufacturing, 3D printing and electric hybrid vehicle maintenance.

The announcement was made by Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training Santia Bradshaw, during the SJPI’s graduation ceremony at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex, Wildey, St Michael, on Saturday night. (RA)
