THE YOUNG but confident Jaaziah Forde led the Red House Warriors to glory in Wesley Hall Primary’s inter-house athletics championships at the Usain Bolt Sports Complex on Monday.
Red triumphed with 577 points, dethroning former champions Blue Bombers, who earned 545 points. The Golden Lions (Yellow) were third with 523 and the Green Machines fourth with 439.
Red’s showing reflected an excellent team effort, as Forde, who captured the Under-9 Girls’ division, was their only divisional champion. (RG)
