All classes of the Lawrence T. Gay Memorial Primary School, which is located at Spooner’s Hill, St Michael, will remain at the four church locations until Thursday, March 26, according to a press release from The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, today.

This is to facilitate more testing in and around the school. It is estimated that results and final reports will be with the Ministry within the next four weeks. Meetings will then be held with parents, guardians and unions to share information on what was done and what will be done going forward.

All current arrangements remain in place as it relates to school meals, security and transportation.

The ministry thanks the churches and agencies assisting with transportation and security.

It also thanks parents and guardians for their patience and cooperation. (BGIS)
