Work on Hampton Pumping Station postponed

Changing of a well pump at the Barbados Water Authority’s Hampton Pumping Station, St Philip, which was scheduled for Friday, March 6, between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., was postponed until Monday, March 9, between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Residents and businesses in parts of Christ Church and St Philip may experience low water pressure or outages.

Customers are asked to store an adequate supply of water. Tankers will be dispatched to assist the affected areas.

The Barbados Water Authority regrets any inconvenience to its customers.
