Some Barbadian consumers and companies are pleased with the way Phase 2 of the reopening of businesses is developing.
Despite the long lines and social distancing rules, those interviewed said they were willing to do whatever it took to keep each other safe.
Yesterday, when a NATION team visited Bridgetown and Warrens in St Michael on the second day of Phase 2, shoppers and business representatives spoke about how they were adjusting to the new normal, which was brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.
At Colonnade Mall in The City, Ivan Lucas, who was standing in line to pay a bill, expressed his satisfaction with the country’s response to the health crisis thus far. (TG)
