If you are not wearing a face mask, you will not be allowed to embark a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) in Barbados.

That was among the guidelines the PSV Workers Association announced late yesterday in an effort to fight the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19.

Effective immediately, said the media release, commuters without face masks will be denied entry on PSVs.

Both the driver and conductor are also required to wear a face mask.

PSVs are limited to a carrying capacity of 60 per cent and physical distancing is “mandatory” when boarding a vehicle. (PR/SAT)
