No new virus cases today

A statement from the Ministry of Health and Wellness today said none of the 44 people tested for novel coronavirus (COVID-19) yesterday was positive for the virus.

Confirmed cases therefore remain at 92 – 49 females and 43 males. No one will be released from isolation today so the number of recoveries remains at 76 and those in isolation at nine. Seven people have died.

The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory conducted a total of 5 434 tests as of yesterday. (BGIS)
