WANTED: Steven Cuthbert Belle

The Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating wanted man Steven Cuthbert Belle, alias “Hess”.

Belle, whose last known address is #125 Denton Road, Grazettes, St Michael, is wanted for questioning in connection with a serious criminal matter.

Police said Belle is approximately 5ft 7 inches tall, slimly built, with a light brown complexion. He has an oval-shaped face, protruding ears, wide-set eyes and wears spectacles. Belle has a dreadlocked hairstyle. In addition, there is a one-inch, slanted scar in the centre of his forehead.

He has a tattoo of the word “Hess” on the left hand, along with an image of a bird. On the right hand, he has tattoos of the words “Thug Life”, and the image of clasped hands. Additionally, he has a tattoo of the word “Thug” on the right side of the neck and the word “Life” on the left.

Belle is advised that he can present himself to the Holetown Police Station, Holetown, St James accompanied by an attorney.

Anyone who may know Belle’s whereabouts is asked to contact the CID at Holetown Police Station at 419-1709 or 1710, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station.

The public is reminded that it is a serious offence to harbour or assist wanted people. Anyone caught committing this offence can be prosecuted. (PR)
