UPDATE: Wanted man Belle remanded

Wanted man Steven Cuthbert Belle was remanded today when he appeared at the Holetown Magistrates’ Court, Holetown, St James, before Magistrate Wanda Blair.

Belle, 49, of #145 Denton Road, Grazettes, St Michael, was charged with the following criminal offences which occurred on June 26, 2020 at Durants Village, Holders Hill, St James: Use of firearm, endangering life and criminal damage.

He was not required to plead to the charges of use of a firearm or endangering life. Belle was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prisons at Dodds, St Philip and is scheduled to reappear there on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

Police said Belle was the subject of a wanted person’s bulletin issued on Monday, July 6.
