A comedy of errors was how a prominent attorney described the fact that another accused with similar features and on the same charge was on bail while her client remained on remand at HMP Dodds.

Attorney Angella Mitchell-Gittens made the comment as she argued for bail for client, Noel Lionel Taylor, who was back in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Taylor, 42, of Galloway Lane, Waterford, St Michael, is jointly charged with Alvin George Chung, a 36-year-old junior supervisor at KFC, of Searles Plantation, Christ Church, for robbing Llewelun Walthrust of $69 881 and US$1 259 belonging to KFC on December 31, 2019.

They are on remand at HMP Dodds. (HLE)
