Police issue warning about Z417

Police are appealing to the public for information on the occupant(s) of a vehicle bearing fictitious plates.

It is not clear at the moment how many people may be involved, but the individuals associated with the white Mazda Lantis, Z417, are considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

The vehicle is unregistered and the occupants are wanted in connection with a number of serious matters.

The driver and occupant(s) are advised that they may turn themselves in to the Oistins Police station or any other police station, accompanied by an attorney.

Anyone who might have seen this vehicle or have knowledge of its whereabouts, driver or occupants is asked to contact Police Emergency at 211, Oistins Police at 4182612, Southern Criminal Investigation Department at 4182609 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS).  (PR/SAT)
