Construction worker collapses and dies

A man working on a construction site along Watts Village Road, St George, has reportedly collapsed and died on the spot.

He is said to be a 62-year-old employee of C.O. Williams Construction Limited who was assigned the task of flag-man to regulate the flow of traffic along the road through the construction site.

Police from nearby Boarded Hall Station are at a scene after receiving the report around 7:30 a.m.

Investigations are ongoing. (PR/SAT)
